Vikram Singh

Principal and CEO

Consequently, Vikram bridges the gap between emerging technologies and the hospitality industry.

An expert in online revenue optimization for hotels and the hospitality industry, Vikram is a frequently requested speaker. He shares his knowledge through dynamic and action-oriented lectures, workshops and seminars worldwide, including an international workshop for the U.S. Department of Commerce. He is also a featured presenter for the national 2010 and 2011 American Express/American Hotel & Lodging Association Educational Series.

Vikram is a hotel marketer by choice, not by accident. He attended the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, and remembers getting on board a train at age 16 to go to hotel school. His dedication and early start have paid off for clients, including both independent and branded hotels, resort properties, and several national and multinational property management groups, such as Highgate Holdings, MSD Capital and Crowne Plaza New York. Vikram worked previously as International Sales Director at VIZERGY and Operations Manager at Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts. He also guest-lectures Internet marketing classes at Purdue University and Brigham Young University in Hawaii, where he serves on the Marketing Department’s Advisory Board.

Vikram graduated from Delhi University.Vikram merges a decade of working in operations and revenue management for the Taj Group of Hotels, Resorts & Palaces and Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts, with overlapping experience in international technology sales, giving him the finely honed ability to bridge the gap between technology and the hospitality industry.

Vikram has aligned his work with one of his great loves: he is an inveterate traveler. Top destinations include the South Pacific, followed by Spain and Patagonia (the South American version, not the clothing retailer).

Ronnie Soud

Principal and Chief Marketing Officer

As a founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Evision Worldwide, Ronnie oversees the team responsible for generating and optimizing revenue for Evision clients. He develops and refines the products, marketing services and strategies implemented for each of Evision Worldwide’s clients. He also helps to educate the travel and hospitality industry about emerging markets and new technologies as they relate to online marketing and revenue.

Melanie Korn

Principal and Managing Director

As a founder and Managing Director of Evision Worldwide, Melanie oversees all business operations. With finely honed management and communication skills, Melanie has mastered the ability to weave all the scraps of a project, a disparate group of people, and countless details into a final product that invariably exceeds client expectations. Driven by the goal of making partnership with Evision Worldwide an invigorating, collaborative and successful long-term experience, Melanie ensures the operations side works seamlessly with client and creative services on every project.

Shawn Hickman

Director of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Client Services

As Director of SEM and Client Services, Shawn heads the team whose work generates and optimizes online revenue for Evision clients. Shawn offers a wealth of search engine marketing experience, especially for the travel/hospitality industry, having worked both in-house and at the agency level. With both mastery of granular SEM operations and the ability to stay on target with the big picture, Shawn can assemble an all-encompassing plan to help clients meet and exceed their online revenue goals. He is one of the primary points of contact for many clients, for whom he is also an excellent educator – he ably breaks down complex questions to educate clients about their website performance and what they can do in-house to boost results.

Richard Goulde

Director of Marketing Communications

Richard heads Evision’s own marketing efforts while also leading the team that delivers content and creative services to Evision clients. The marriage of search marketing technical expertise and wordsmith craftsmanship is a skill few online marketing firms can offer. Richard specializes in powerful writing and communications strategy that speak to search engines, customers and the bottom line with equal finesse. Richard applies his undergraduate and graduate training in psychology into priming marketing campaigns for usability and conversion optimization; consequently, his work drives targeted traffic while simultaneously perfecting the marketing message and maximizing customer engagement.

Richard has owned multiple businesses, starting in college with his own small-press publishing company. He has also consulted on marketing strategy while producing creative, compelling copy. In between, he delved into more sales-centric work in the financial sector at the IRS, Dell Financial Services and ViewPoint Bank. Sales honed his focus: the copy has a job to do, and if it doesn’t, the page might as well be blank.

Richard graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.

The writing doesn’t stop at sales. Short stories, novels, scripts, gibberish scribbled on cocktail napkins, it’s all sitting in a giant pile in the back of his closet.

Mateo enjoys mountain biking, scuba diving, off-road jeeping - any extreme outdoor sports for which he can make time around keeping up with the latest trends and techniques in the world of internet marketing.
